These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vera Lane Ad Publisher application (the "App"), operated by Vera Lane Cosmetics ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Description of the App
The Vera Lane Ad Publisher is an internal application used to create, manage, and publish advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) on behalf of Vera Lane Cosmetics. The App integrates with Meta’s advertising tools and APIs to facilitate ad management.
2. Eligibility
The App is intended for use by authorized representatives, employees, and contractors of Vera Lane Cosmetics. By using the App, you represent that you have the authority to act on behalf of Vera Lane Cosmetics in connection with advertising activities.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose of managing Vera Lane Cosmetics advertising campaigns. You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- Use the App to publish misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent advertising content
- Attempt to access data or accounts beyond your authorized scope
- Share login credentials or access tokens with unauthorized parties
- Use the App in any way that violates Meta’s advertising policies, community standards, or terms of service
4. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and creative assets associated with Vera Lane Cosmetics remain the exclusive property of Vera Lane Cosmetics. You may not use these assets outside the scope of your authorized advertising activities.
5. Third-Party Services
The App relies on Meta’s platforms and APIs. Your use of Meta’s services is subject to Meta’s own terms and policies. We are not responsible for any changes, disruptions, or limitations imposed by Meta on their platforms.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vera Lane Cosmetics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vera Lane Cosmetics and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
