Shipping & Delivery Policy At Vera Lane Cosmetics, we strive to get your products to you as quickly as possible.

  • Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

  • Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

    • Standard Shipping: 5 business days

  • Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

  • International Shipping: We currently only ship within the United States.

  • Missing/Damaged Packages: If your tracking info shows "delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact us at hello@veralanecosmetics.com
     within 48 hours.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns & Refunds We want you to love your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we're here to help.

  • Return Window: You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.

  • Condition of Item: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

     with your order number. We will provide instructions on where to send your package.

  • Return Shipping:

    1. Defective/Wrong Item: Vera Lane Cosmetics will cover shipping costs if the item is damaged or incorrect.
    2. Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning the item.

  • Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
