Shipping Policy

Shipping & Delivery Policy At Vera Lane Cosmetics, we strive to get your products to you as quickly as possible.

Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
- Standard Shipping: 5 business days
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
International Shipping: We currently only ship within the United States.
Missing/Damaged Packages: If your tracking info shows "delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact us at hello@veralanecosmetics.com
within 48 hours.

Returns & Refunds We want you to love your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Window: You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.
Condition of Item: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
How to Start a Return: Please email us at hello@veralanecosmetics.com
with your order number. We will provide instructions on where to send your package.
Return Shipping:

1. Defective/Wrong Item: Vera Lane Cosmetics will cover shipping costs if the item is damaged or incorrect.
2. Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning the item.

Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
