Shipping policy

We ship to all 50 US states. Most orders arrive within a week of being placed.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We don't ship internationally at this time.

Shipping rates

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $60 (USD, before tax).

  • A flat rate of $6.99 applies to orders under $60. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you confirm payment.

Processing time

We aim to process every order within 2 business days of payment. Orders placed before 1:00pm PT on a business day usually start processing the same day; orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends, or on US public holidays start processing the next business day.

Delivery time

After your order ships, standard delivery takes 4–5 business days anywhere in the contiguous United States. Combined with processing, that means 6–7 business days from order to doorstep for most orders.


Alaska, Hawaii and US territories may take a few extra days.

Tracking

You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. If you don't see it within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder, then email us at hello@veralanecosmetics.com.

Delays

We do everything we can to ship on time, but carriers occasionally experience weather-related, holiday, or capacity delays that are outside our control. If your order is more than 10 business days late, email hello@veralanecosmetics.com with your order number and we'll investigate the same day.

Address changes

Once an order has been processed we can't change the delivery address. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake immediately after ordering, email hello@veralanecosmetics.com as soon as possible — if your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to fix it.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you can't find it, please:


  1. Check with your neighbours and household members.

  2. Look around the property — drivers sometimes leave parcels in unexpected spots.

  3. Contact the carrier first, since they may be able to confirm the exact GPS drop location.


If after 48 hours your package still hasn't turned up, email hello@veralanecosmetics.com with your order number and we'll work with you on a replacement or refund.
